Returns and Exchange

If you would like to make a product exchange, please contact us at info@veravoga.com to notify 
us and let us know the reason to do so. At this time, also quote your invoice number and date. You may issue an exchange within 10 days of
 the date of delivery.

Items not received within a 30 day period will not be accepted.


 Due to the select nature of our products, we can not guarantee the availability of
 merchandise for exchange.



Please note that the purchaser is responsible for shipping products for exchange, including covering the new cost of return shipment.

Vera Voga cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit or delivered late. We therefore strongly advise that an insured and tracked service is used.

Products for exchange must be in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.
